Oak Park's new high-end rise apartment building will be named after Ralph Waldo Emerson, who spent even less time than Hemingway in Oak Park.
The development is described as "transit-friendly." In other words, it will exacerbate the village's parking and congestion issues while tenants experience the sounds and aromas of the adjacent CTA rail station.
